Before your first appointment, you'll complete new client paperwork to help me understand the kind of support you're looking for. You'll also receive a link to join our session through Doxy.me, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

 

In our first session, we’ll take time to connect and explore:

• Your reasons for seeking coaching

• What you'd like to get out of our work together

• Any past coaching and/or therapy experiences

• The life experiences that shape who you are
