If you're interested in coaching and would like more information, I offer a free 30-min consultation call where we can discuss your coaching needs and determine whether coaching is right for you. This is an opportunity to get a glimpse at how I work so you can determine if my style of coaching suits your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling & rescheduling appointments is always okay! Please provide me 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a charge. Late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) are subject to the full session fee. If you have any questions, please let us know prior to scheduling.
